Our Farm:

It is located near the town of Huanacache, department of Sarmiento in the province of San Juan. We have 450 hectares of which 220 are planted with olive trees of 4 years of average age.
The varieties of olives planted are: Arbequina, Picual, Hojiblanca, Frantoio, Barnea, Manzanilla, Coratina, and Leccino, which allows us to develop excellent blends as well as obtain high quality varietals.
80 hectares of super-intensive plantation have recently been developed under EuroGap standards in order to obtain higher yields in less time.
This technique is of recent application in our country.

Geographic location

Huanacache is located in the foothills of the Pedernales valley in the south of the San Juan province near the border with Mendoza at 750 meters high. The area is rugged with a hot and dry climate, during the day a great thermal amplitude develops which favors the obtaining of a high quality olive oil. The soil is permeable without limitations, with a sandy loam texture, which facilitates the vigorous development of the roots. To complete the Sun of San Juan it provides a permanent luminosity of great intensity. Without a doubt, the area has optimal characteristics for the cultivation of olive trees.
